Prepare for Deeper Work

Finally, you will learn self-hypnosis in order to access deeper levels of relaxation and connect with your subconscious mind so that you are fully prepared for the more profound emotional work of phase 2.

Phase 2

Upon completing Phase 2, you will have integrated the daily practice of listening to your personalized hypnotherapy recording, therefore cultivating a renewed sense of self. With greater self compassion, you will begin experiencing greater ease, innate inner joy, and more authentic freedom.

Deep Inner Work

You’ll embark on a journey of self discovery to identify and transform limiting beliefs about health and well-being.

Rapid Transformational Therapy

Through your first RTT Session you will confront and eliminate toxic belief patterns that have hindered your progress, and receive guidance and support in order to further cultivate self-love and self-care practices.

Transform Self-Sabotage

By recognizing outdated beliefs as survival mechanisms, you will gain the power to replace them with healthier, more empowering thoughts.

Embrace a New Mindset

Here is where you will begin to adopt a new, healthier, and most beneficial mindset that creates the foundation to support you on your journey to optimal well-being.

Phase 3

Establish Self-Loving Empowerment

After the completion of Phase 3, you will be fully familiar with prioritizing yourself and your self care needs. You will now be a reliable support system in establishing your well-being. You will have learned how to train your mind to look forward to making the most beneficial choices for yourself.

Build a Loving Relationship with Yourself

This phase focuses on developing a positive and supportive relationship with your body, your mind, and your spirit.

Once we have identified the remaining mental blocks, through your second Rapid Transformational Therapy Session, you will further enhance your thinking in order to prioritize your life choices and build long-lasting resiliency.

Phase 4

Keep On Thriving

At the end of Phase 4, you will have a truly profound understanding of how to work with your own mind as well as a deeper connection to your intuitive ability to listen to the inner callings of your heart. From here you will continue to love fully supporting yourself in tapping into your revitalized and optimal sense of empowerment, motivation, and inspiration.
