Through gentle heart-focused yoga, simple nervous system education, and a deeply restorative guided meditation, you’ll learn how to shift your body out of chronic stress and into a more grounded, emotionally balanced state.
You don’t need any yoga experience—this is a slow, supportive space to unwind tension, reconnect with your breath, and experience what it feels like to truly soften.
